As of August 6 2026, we are making some changes to the SFDC integration with the Inventive.ai. These instructions only apply if you have enabled file exports from Inventive application back to the opportunity on Salesforce. If you only use the SFDC integration to create Inventive AI projects from SFDC Opportunities page without exporting completed projects back into SFDC, please ignore this.

You will need to reconnect Inventive with Salesforce. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into the inventive AI web application: https://app.inventive.ai as an Admin
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations and click on ‘Check Details’ in the Salesforce integration card. You should see the following pop-up.

  1. If you see the ‘Disconnect’ button, click on it. And then click on ‘Connect to Salesforce’. If you do not see the ‘Disconnect’ button, you can directly click on ‘Connect to Salesforce.’

  1. Enter the hostname of your salesforce instance. If you leave it blank, it will take you to https://login.salesforce.com, which is the default login URL for Salesforce.

  1. Next, allow access:

  1. Back on the Inventive Settings Page, you should see the following Success message. Click on Finish, and then you are connected.
