What this does

Connecting Salesforce lets Inventive push finished documents (proposals, questionnaires) from Inventive back onto the matching Salesforce Opportunity as file attachments. It's a one-time setup, done by an admin.

Steps

  1. In Inventive, go to Settings → Integrations and find Salesforce.
  2. Make sure the integration is enabled, then click Check Details to open it.
  3. In the Salesforce Account Connection section, click Connect to Salesforce.

  5. You're returned to Inventive, and the connection is established at the organization level (one connection per org).

That's it — the connection is now active.
