Labeling System

Inventive’s Knowledge Hub includes a flexible labeling architecture that allows teams to organize content intuitively:

• Custom Labels: Define tags by product, function, region, RFP type, etc.

• Multi-label Support: Apply multiple labels to the same item (e.g., Security, EU, Cloud, Healthcare)

• Label Hierarchies (Coming Soon): Structure labels in parent-child relationships for scalable taxonomies (e.g., Compliance > GDPR)

• Label Management Panel: Central area for adding, editing, and bulk-managing label structures

  

Metadata & Ownership

Each item in the Knowledge Hub includes:

• Last reviewed date
• Owner assignment
• Review frequency (optional)

These fields ensure accountability and traceability, especially in regulated or fast-evolving environments.
