Step 1: Enable Integrations
- As admin, go to the Settings page and select Integrations, or access it directly using this [link].

- By enabling an integration, its corresponding option will appear in the side drawer within KH.

Step 2: Connect your account
- Go to the Knowledge Hub and open the integration you want to connect and click Connect My account

- When you click the button, a pop-up will appear — just fill you zendesk domain and click Connect.

- The next step is to log in with the account you want to connect
