For teams using Salesforce as their CRM, the Inventive Salesforce Package lets you create projects in Inventive AI directly from the Salesforce opportunities page.

Step 1: (Admin) Install Inventive AI Package

• The admin user should use the installation link above to install the package to all team members.

Step 2: Configuring credentials to be used

Generating credentials

• You can generate the credentials in the Inventive AI Settings under the Salesforce Integration card (see image below)

• After clicking Create Credentials, the Client ID will be displayed, and you’ll also have the option to generate a new Client Secret. Keep in mind that once the secret is generated, it will be shown only once, so be sure to copy and store it securely.

Adding credentials to Salesforce

• Open the Setup page, search for Named Credentials, and open it (see image below).

• Click on External Credentials and clone the existing Inventive External Credential. Make sure to copy all the values exactly as shown in the image below.
